How many times can I reuse a PubKeg?
The PubKeg is a one time use keg.

What happens to my PubKeg after all the beer has been enjoyed?
Once your PubKeg has been emptied, you have two options. All parts of the PubKeg are completely recyclable, so you can simply drop it in your recycling bin OR you can drop it at one of our many return locations, where we will clean it up, replace the internal components, and get it ready to be filled once again. What makes a PubKeg better than a plain old steel keg?
Aside from the obvious weight and handling differences (which come into play at every stage of the process from filling to shipping to maneuvering), the PubKeg is a one-way keg which is perfect for some markets. Steel kegs are often stolen or simply not returned. This can set back your brewery as much as $150 a keg. The PubKeg itself (minus the beer) isn’t worth much to anyone but the brewer, so the likelihood of it being stolen is minimal. If one does go missing, the lost value is significantly less than your steel keg investment. In addition, the PubKeg comes to you already cleaned, sanitized, and ready to fill!Another factor where the PubKeg soars above its heavy competition is customization and branding. We can produce your kegs in a variety of color combinations and are happy to put your custom labels right on the front. These kegs will look great on a store shelf or in the home of your future customer, and will give them a lasting memory of your unique identity.

How much does a PubKeg cost?
Like most things, the pricing of the PubKegs is dependent on volume. The more you order, the less each one is going to cost you. The minimum quantity is 48 PubKegs at a price of $25 each. If you would like a specific quote, please don’t hesitate to inquire at pubkeg@rehrigpacific.com.

Can I get just one for my homebrew?
We’d love to send you just one or two PubKegs, but we don’t want to mislead you. Here at PubKeg, we have created what we feel is the best one-way keg out there. That being said, because it is a one-way keg, it probably isn’t the best fit for your home brew. Because it is made of recyclable plastic, we recommend that the internal parts be replaced after each use. We don’t want to discourage your interest in the PubKeg, humble home brewers, but we do feel that there are better options out there for you. Once your beer gets famous and you are shipping it all over the world to be enjoyed, come back and find us. We might just be the perfect fit for you then!
